STEWARDSHIP

 

‘What return should I make to the Lord?’

 

Covenant

 

God, You have called me to a loving

relationship with You and my neighbour.

I am entrusted with gifts of time,

talent and treasure.

As your steward, I will use these gifts

responsibly, share them lovingly, and

return them with increase to You.

 

The gift of Time, the present moment,

is my opportunity to be my best self.

I will spend time with you in prayer

and discernment of your will;

I will spend time with my family,

Church and community.

 

My Talents are given for a purpose

that is uniquely mine.

I will use my talents in ministry and

service to fulfil your will.

 

Treasure, whatever my portion,

is not meant for me alone.

I will share my resources in trust and

love for the good of the community

and the Church.
